At White Glove, we don’t just clean—we curate an experience of luxury, precision, and care. Our standard is uncompromising excellence, ensuring that every surface—from cabinets to floors and every detail in between—is flawlessly maintained. To uphold the White Glove Standard, we recommend a minimum of four hours for most homes and businesses. Because each space is unique—with varying layouts, family sizes, and lifestyles—some may require additional time. Should we anticipate that your scheduled session may not allow us to complete every requested task, we’ll inform you immediately and give you the choice to extend. If you prefer not to, our team will prioritize what matters most to you, ensuring your home still receives meticulous attention. And if your home requires less time, you’ll only be billed for the hours used. Your health and comfort are paramount, which is why we exclusively use EPA Certified Safer Choice products—guaranteeing a pristine clean that’s as safe as it is effective. At White Glove, we treat every appointment as a personalized experience. To ensure your dedicated time with our team, we require a $50 reservation deposit, which will be applied in full to your final service balance. We understand that life can be busy, so if you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we may adjust your appointment with care. With proper notice, your deposit will seamlessly transfer to your new booking. Should you need to cancel entirely, deposits are refundable with 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. By reserving your White Glove experience, you’re not just booking a service—you’re securing a standard of excellence that ensures your home or business will always reflect the highest level of care, inside and out.
